The DMS has a consolidated formula. You have three different moments, the speeches that have to be technical, the group dynamics and the round tables.

How the papers have to be

As far as possible we only accept papers from companies. Sponsorship does not give a direct right to present a speech. We are always available to listen to content proposals.

Only sponsoring companies can suggest their clients so that the case can be presented, but it will always be an unquestionable decision of the organization if the speech is admitted or not.

The duration is 20 minutes. Speeches must be technical due to the specialized audience.

About the round tables

It is the only moment where vendors are allowed to be present directly in order to confront the business vision on the topic.

Sponsors are admitted directly to the round table if they expressly request it. The round table has a prestigious moderator and the time of the debates is controlled, and no promotional material such as video, slides, etc. may be used. The moderator will supervise at all times that the conversation does not deviate from the topic chosen by the organization. New round tables will be proposed in each edition.

About the group dynamics

The group dynamics is the most interesting moment of the DMS, the real moment of exchange of experiences and confrontation between participants, speakers, teachers and students.

Knowledge accumulates and the attendee becomes an active part of the event. There will be different tables with a moderator and material for the Dynamics.

The moderator of the dynamic will propose different arguments for the debate and a limited time for it. At the end of the dynamic, everything will be reflected in the material available to the attendees. It is a new way of networking with an argument as a response. It is only possible in person, as it is very difficult to manage it properly online.
