Master data represents the objects that contain the most valuable and agreed-upon information that is shared across an organization. It provides context to business activities and transactions, answering questions such as who, what, when, and how, as well as expanding the ability to make sense of those activities through categorizations, groupings, and hierarchies. In a world where any company surely has more than one source of data, it is fundamental to know who is telling the truth and to approach it, but not only, we have the possibility of enriching this information, adjusting it, and replicating it in the original sources to become consistent.
