How to avoid the Data Management Summit black list

Preparing for the Data Management Summit is an effort we gladly make. But the bad habit of registering for events and then not attending without notice causes resources such as food and other things to be wasted. That is why DMS has instituted the BlackList.

If you don’t come and give notice, you will no longer be able to participate in any edition of the event. The event is free but we think it is of great value to you and those who host and support us. Sure you will understand the initiative.

If you are lucky enough to have your place think that there are people on the waiting list who would like to come, out of respect for the organizers and them let them know or give up your place if you are not sure if you will come.

Remember that you can always change your settings and go to online mode to avoid being blacklisted and receive the conference proceedings.
